- click on the user
- click on the OneDrive tab
- click in the Storage used area, click Edit
This is a simple total usage number (not folder-level detail).
https://<tenant>-my.sharepoint.com/ – tenant; would be barley if your domain name were barley.com
- On the left, click My Files
- Go to OneDrive on the web
- Open OneDrive Settings
- Click the gear icon (top-right)
- Click OneDrive settings
- Select More settings
- Under Features and Storage Click Storage Metrics
- This brings up a list of folders with what percent of storage space taken up by each.
Sign in at:
https://www.microsoft365.com → Apps → OneDrive
- Go to the SharePoint Admin Center Sign in to:
- Open the “Settings” section Inside the SharePoint Admin Center, select:
https://admin.microsoft.com
Then navigate to:
Admin centers → SharePoint
(You must be a Global Admin or SharePoint Admin.)
Policies → Version history limits
(or "Settings" → “Versioning limits,” depending on your tenant’s UI)
This area is where organization‑level default version limits are managed.
