    https://www.microsoft365.com → Apps → OneDrive

  3. Open OneDrive Settings
  4. This brings up a list of folders with what percent of storage space taken up by each.

  1. Go to the SharePoint Admin Center
  2. Sign in to:
    https://admin.microsoft.com
    Then navigate to:
    Admin centers → SharePoint
    (You must be a Global Admin or SharePoint Admin.)
  3. Open the “Settings” section
  4. Inside the SharePoint Admin Center, select:
    Policies → Version history limits
    (or "Settings" → “Versioning limits,” depending on your tenant’s UI)
    This area is where organization‑level default version limits are managed.
