You can enter phone here. There's a place to enter email, but it doesn't “take”. That is, it has a place for you to enter an email, lets you put it in and lets you save. But if you get out and get back to this same page, only the phone number is saved; the email remains blank even though you previously entered an eamil and hit the “Save” button. Instead there's a message at bottom saying, “Alternate email is now managed on the Profile page”. There's a link on the word “Profile”, but it merely takes you to Entra home, which is pretty worthless.

stamps – from here, a stamp is a cluster of servers in a data center, think of it as groups of racks containing servers within an Azure Data Center.

From Azure Storage Architecture, Each storage stamp is a cluster of storage node racks. The number of racks can vary, and each rack exists on a fault domain of its own. These storage stamps can reach up to 70% utilization, after which the location services move the data to a different stamp using inter-stamp replication.
